Our services include a free 10 minute phone call to discuss your situation and see if mediation is right for you

We also offer an initial separate meeting on Zoom, which can be booked online and lasts 45 minutes to an hour

 

The joint Zoom meeting, which lasts 1 1/2 to 2 hours, is a chance for both parties to come together and find a way forward

​

We can apply for a free £500 voucher to cover the cost of the first joint meeting on your behalf

​

We can produce the documents you need for your solicitor so that they can turn them into a consent order & you can separate financially

​

We can produce a Parenting Plan that is as detailed or as flexible as suits your family

 

We are here to help you navigate the challenges of separation and create a brighter future for your family

Lead Mediator - Denise Ingamells

 

Denise is a highly experienced Family Mediation Council Accredited Mediator. She has been a Family Mediator for over 20 years and prior to that, she was a relationship counsellor for Relate

 

She is highly regarded for her work on separated parenting. She received the prestigious John Cornwell Award for Resolution in 2022 and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Practitioner of the Year award for Jordans’ Family Law in 2012

 

She sits on the Parenting After Parting and Wellbeing Committees for Resolution and is a trainer on their Mediation Foundation Course which is for lawyers who want to train as mediators

​

She has developed training for a range of national organisations, and is the main author of the Separated Parents Information Programme (SPIP). The SPIP ran between 2008-2023 and was delivered to over 250,000 people nationwide

 

Denise personally delivered the SPIP to between 8-9,000 people

​

She qualified as an “all issues” (finance and children) mediator in 2002 and is also qualified to deliver Child Inclusive Mediation

 

She qualified as a Professional Practice Consultant (PPC) in 2005 and among others, she supervises the mediators in Kent Family Mediation Service

​

She is committed to helping people to resolve their problems and to address their communication difficulties, particularly where children are involved​​​​​​.​​
